Mini3 DJI-RC Problem

Video created to show a problem with the DJI RC Just simply holding/gripping the DJI-RC, (under C1 button) is causing sporadic beeping. This is the 9th flight after receiving this new DJI-RC. Problem is only on the C1 side of the controller. After some further investigation there is a wire PC/connector that resides in the general area inside of the remote where I am pressing with my finger in the video. This particular connector is attached to both the C1/C2 buttons. Hence the reason we see the camera move from vertical to horizontal. Guessing the connector is loose or some wires are shorting out. Double checked, and both the C1/C2 buttons are functioning normally per the app settings despite this issue. Update : This DJI RC controller was returned and replaced by DJI for a second time.
