Ab sliced pyaz daal kar halki golden hone tak bhuney. Uske baad adrak-lehsun paste aur hari mirch daal kar kacchapan khatam hone tak bhuney. Ab kate hue aloo aur hari matar daal kar 2–3 minute tak halka sa bhun lein. Haldi aur namak swad anusar daal kar mix karein. Bhige hue chawal daal kar dheere se chalayein taaki chawal na tute. Ab pani daal kar ek baar mix karein aur cooker ka dhakkan band kar dein. Medium flame par 1 seeti aane tak paka lein, phir gas band karke pressure naturally release hone dein. Dhakkan khol kar chawalon ko halki si fork se fluff karein aur upar se hara dhaniya daal kar garnish karein. Garam-garam Aloo Matar Pulao ko aap boondi raita, dahi, salad ya achaar ke saath serve kar sakte hain.
