Upon completing the "Déjà Vu" extra op mission on hard difficulty, players are given the option to take a short quiz about the original Metal Gear Solid from 1998 on PlayStation. The MGS1 Ninja skin is unlocked for completing the quiz and answering all the questions correctly. This video will give you all the answers.
