Best flan you will ever make! This is the only flan recipe you will ever need. Hands down a show stopper. Recipe below! 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk 12 fl oz heavy whipping cream 6 eggs 8 oz cream cheese, softened ⅓ cup whole milk 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup white sugar Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine in a blender everything except sugar. Run on high for 20 seconds. Set aside. Get a 9 inch pie pan ready. In a medium sauce pan on medium-high heat melt sugar until it’s a darkish brown color. Once it’s at your desired color quickly pour it into the pie pan (it hardens very fast once heat is off). Once it hardens pour flan mixture on top. Pour boiling water into an oven safe tray/pan. Put flan into water bath and into the oven. Bake for 45-50 or until a fork comes out clean. After cooled refrigerate flan for 4-6 hours.
