The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2

The Hunger Games is back with more revolutionary style and cinematography. Directed by Francis Lawrence “Mockingjay” Starring Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth and many others. Realizing the stakes are no longer just for survival, Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) teams up with her closest friends, including Peeta (Josh Hutcherson), Gale (Liam Hemsworth) and Finnick for the ultimate mission. Together, they leave District 13 to liberate the citizens of war-torn Panem and assassinate President Snow, who's obsessed with destroying Katniss. What lies ahead are mortal traps, dangerous enemies and moral choices that will ultimately determine the future of millions. The film adaptations of Mockingjay – Part 1 was released on November 21, 2014, and Part 2 is scheduled to be released on November 20, 2015. This follows what the actors in The Hunger Games have been saying about signing on for four films. Based upon Lionsgate's renaming of the film for Catching Fire, it is known that the last films are called The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 and The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2. While filming in Atlanta, Georgia, it was also revealed that both parts were shot back-to-back. Surprisingly, on February 6, 2015, Lionsgate confirmed that the film will be released in IMAX 3D and 2D. Francis Lawrence calls the film "The most violent of the four."
