Testing a 12 volt horn

Just challenging a customer who says that a horn we repaired does not work. Well. my ringing ears testify that the horn works fine- look instead into voltage drops throughout the system. Horns draw a lot of amps, and need them to vocalize! I think that the video and sound are a little out of synchronization. This is NOT a voice-over. HA! Beep Beep.
