मेरे इस तरीके से बनाये घर पर चुकंदर का हलवा || Chukundar ka Halwa || Beetroot Halwa Recipe || Beetroot Halwa recipe for you: 🥘 Ingredients: Beetroot – 3 cups (grated) Milk – 2 cups Ghee – 4 tbsp Sugar – 1 cup (adjust as per taste) Cardamom powder – ½ tsp Cashews – 8–10 Almonds – 6–7 Raisins – 1 tbsp 👩‍🍳 Method: Preparation Wash, peel, and grate the beetroot. Chop the cashews and almonds. Cook Beetroot Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a heavy pan/kadai. Add grated beetroot and sauté for 5–6 minutes on medium flame until raw smell goes away. Add Milk Pour in the milk, mix well, and cook on medium flame. Stir occasionally and let the beetroot cook until the milk reduces and thickens (15–20 minutes). Add Sugar Add sugar, stir continuously. The mixture will loosen a bit. Cook until it thickens again. Flavor & Garnish Add remaining ghee, cardamom powder, and fried dry fruits (fry cashews, almonds, and raisins separately in a little ghee before adding). Mix well and cook for another 2–3 minutes until it leaves ghee from sides. ✅ Serving: Serve warm as a dessert. It tastes even better when slightly chilled.
