This evening Matt Elder will be preaching on 'Contending For Truth' from Jude 1-4 - The book of Jude is very short, and on your first reading you might think that Jude is a lot like Severus Snape from the Harry Potter series. Initially, it can seem as though he is harsh, but in the end he turns out to be a hero. Jude was a pastor who was addressing the serious issue of false teaching that was destabilising a church - in the midst of this, he needed to reassure the people of who they were in Jesus Christ.
