(This includes the applications Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word) The Quick Access Toolbar can be customized so you can add frequently used buttons for quicker access. Just find a button you use often and with a Right Click you can choose Add to Quick Access Toolbar. The button will now appear up top making it available for use regardless of what Toolbar Tab you are on. No longer will you have to click the tab pertaining to the button you need!
