All my technique video clips are taken from live classes on zoom. I am Naama - a Pilates and Bellydance Teacher based in the UK - I work with women who wish to learn to bellydance or with bellydance students who wish to improve their technique by developing their isolation skills, posture, angles, arms, fluidity and complex moves and combinations. I use my knowledge in the human anatomy to my advantage in defining the specific muscles that need to be developed in order to be able to isolate correctly and elegantly. I am able to explain everything really well and break down every move, combination, arms technique etc I have a special class that is called "Muscles in Isolation" and that is when we work on basic skills of technique and also work to improve our posture so we can look great when we dance no matter what level we are.
