#tennistutorials#tennislessons#forehand In this video tutorial, we'll provide guidance on how to play the forehand stroke in tennis. We'll begin with a brief explanation of how the forehand stroke was played and taught in tennis in the 1970s and 1980s, then look at the differences from the way tennis is played and taught today. These differences are also notable thanks to new technologies that allow for lighter equipment (primarily rackets), which has consequently speeded up the game and improved technique, allowing even amateurs to achieve an ease of execution unimaginable with wooden rackets. In the video, we'll discuss the grip, which should be an eastern or semi-westerly grip, and then analyze the movement, starting from the activation, preparation, and impact phases, without neglecting the extension and final phases of the shot. In the second part of the video, we'll recommend some exercises that allow for an easy and intuitive approach to this shot.
