Evergreen Harbour Starter Home Renovation Speed Build Sims 4

Welcome back to the Lucie Landgraab channel! I post new videos every Wednesday and most Fridays. I am very sick just now with an upper respiratory infection but that does not mean I’m not still building! But it does mean no voiceovers until I’m fully recovered. Please enjoy this speed build without a voiceover. This is one of the starter homes that comes with Eco Lifestyle. Do you think I improved it? Or was it better before? I had some difficulties with this build, particularly towards the end keeping it as a starter home budget but am somewhat happy with it. I think the bedroom is a winner and it has everything your starter sim could need. My renovation building rules are pretty lax but I basically had to stay under the starter home budget limit and attempt to create something that was better than before whilst keeping a similar style/build footprint.
