Athletes will need a set of Kbands Leg Resistance Bands securely attached above the knees and 2-4 Speed and Agility Cones to complete the Dynamic Stretching Warm Up. Athletes will place the cones 10 yards apart and perform the drills moving between the two sets of cones. Athletes will first perform 1-2 down and back sets of lunges with an inward and outward rotation at the bottom. Athletes will then perform 1-2 down and back sets of high knees before moving into a stationery high knee that requires the athletes to alternate between a forward and lateral high knee drive for 1-2 sets of 20 seconds on each side. After all resisted sets are completed athletes may remove the Kbands Leg Resistance Bands and perform 1 additional unresisted set of each exercise.
