Healthy & Easy Breakfast Sprouts Ingredients 1 cup mixed sprouts (moth, green moong dal, black chana) 2 tomatoes, pureed 2 green chilies, finely chopped 1 inch ginger, grated 1 dried red chili A pinch of hing 1 tsp jeera ½ tsp amchur 1 tsp black pepper powder 1 tsp chaat masala 1 tbsp oil Salted peanuts (for topping) Salt, as per taste Finely chopped onion (optional) 1 tsp lemon juice Steps to Make Sprouts Medley 1. Soak moth dal, green moong dal and black chana for 10–12 hours. Drain the water, tie them in a muslin cloth, and keep covered overnight to sprout. 2. Once sprouted, boil them in salted water for 10 minutes. 3. Drain the water and keep the sprouts aside. 4. Heat oil in a pan. Add dried red chili, hing, jeera, chopped green chilies and grated ginger. Let it crackle. 5. Add tomato puree and salt. Cook for 5 minutes. 6. Add chaat masala, black pepper powder, amchur and garam masala. Cook for 7–9 minutes until the puree is well cooked. 7. Add the boiled sprouts and cook for another 5 minutes. 8.
