LEGO City Update | Placing Arkham Asylum!

In this LEGO City update we place the new Arkham Asylum modular building! Of course it has to go on pop culture street! In order to make room for it there we had to shuffle some buildings around and fix up some road plates. Once placed... it was time to create some new stories!
