Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Turtles for the NES is known most for its high difficulty level, something that made many kids (and adults) cry. I beat it when I was 11 or 12, and offer you these tips: 1. Donnie is your best Turtle, he has the longest reach and does the most damage, keep him alive 2. The dam level isn't that hard. Just be patient with the electric barriers and race through electric weeds. Most importantly, change Turtles if you're about to die (I do it in the video) 3. In the section after when you're driving the Turtle Van, you can farm scrolls. If you're not particularly good at video games, they're a necessity to finish this one 4. The getting to the blimp level has a number of insta deaths - lava and closing walls. Ignore any items in the closing wall section, they're a distraction. 5. At the Foot base, the location of the Technodrome in one of the underground areas is random, so you'll just have to try until you find it. Go into the building I do in the video if you need to top up your health. 6. The jet pack guys in the Technodrome suck, avoid them where you can, scroll them where you can't. 7. Shredder is really easy to beat. Just stand where I do in the video and he won't hit you. Twitter: @RetroPlayThru #retrogames #retrogaming
