Making the Bear Omelet

My gf really wanted to make the Omelet from "The Bear" And I really wanted to make a video copying the scene from the FX on Hulu show. The Omelet has Boursin Cheese, is made in the french style, and has a topping of potato chips. It was really tasty! Sounds are from the show (but edited to match)
