Bieber Fever is coming to the Super Bowl - sort of.  ''People Magazine'' reports that teen singing sensation Justin Bieber will appear in a Super Bowl ad alongside none other than rocker Ozzy Osbourne.  ''USA Today'' says the 30-second Bieber/Osbourne Best Buy ad will air during the third quarter of Super Bowl XLV on February 6, 2011.  The game features the Green Bay Packers and the Pittsburgh Steelers vying for the Lombardi Trophy at Cowboys stadium in Arlington, Texas. ''People'' says at this point, details about the commercial "are top secret."  The ad was reportedly shot at Universal Studios early last week, and at the time, Bieber took to his Twitter account to tease it for fans, Tweeting, "Can't really say what I'm up to today but when u guys find out its gonna be funny as heck."  Then on January 26, Bieber Tweeted, "Guess the word is out...me and Ozzy did a pretty funny commercial for Best Buy." This will be Best Buy's first-ever Super Bowl commercial.  Best Buy's marketing chief told ''USA Today'' the decision to feature Bieber in the ad wasn't made because he's "the biggest star out there."  He says Bieber "symbolically represents something important to the brand message."
