This can't be happening again... ~ another mama down, new farm help & EVERYONE is mad at me😔.

After a productive weekend of getting by barn clean and ready for our winter lambing group, the week has sort of went downhill from there. While sorting sheep, I noticed a really big mama sort of trip a couple times, and just seemed unsteady on her feet. So I immediately put her in the sick pen to check her ketone levels to ensure it isn't pregnancy toxemia. At first check, they were in line. But hours later... they went up into treatable levels, and she went down bad. We tried all morning to get her up, to no avail. So we will treat her for three days, and test again. Hopefully, we can get those ketones down, and she gets back on her feet. In the warehouse, we finally had our advent calendar launch! The good news is they were a hit and sold out in under 3 minutes!! The bad news is they sold out in under 3 minutes...
