Haven't been up to much really, been reading a lot, skating, driving (which I hate). My driving instructor taught me this awful method with reference points to reverse park into bays, I can do it every time in her car but in my family car the reference points are off. I asked my mum to give it a go and she plainly said that the method was a load of crap. I haven't tried the 45 degree method so will give that a go. My driving instructor has cancelled on me 4 times now, I paid for a block of 5 so she's already got my money and keeps cancelling my lessons!! My parents are fuming about it as well. It's unreliable because if I get a test then she might cancel lessons the week of my test! I'm basically fluid with the gears, I'm good at going quickly at junctions and roundabouts, it's just small observations that get me, some roads in England are ridiculously complicated. I honestly think they just draw a bunch of squiggles on paper and think "haha, this will make people rip their hair out, it's a quadruple-ripple-road-roundabout!!" and then implement in the worst possible area, right next to a driving test centre. I'm also waiting on an application to a school so I'm sort of in limbo. I went out to London with my friend the other day!! It was so fun, I love catching up with her. The train ride home though... AWFUL! It was on Sunday and literally as soon as I got on the train, there was an announcement that there was a fatality on the tracks, very sad. I sat on the train for about an hour before they said it was cancelled. I left at around 5pm to get the train home, I got home at 10pm. ;_; England's looking pretty beautiful at the moment, I would really love to go out with my camera and take photos before autumn is over. Dreading winter though, it just gets so depressing. It's nice up until Christmas and then it just sucks until spring, nothing to look forward to, but I'm good at hibernating like an animal. My sleep schedule is very bad now. I can just sleep and sleep and sleep. I used to be unable to sleep more than 7 hours, but now I can sleep 14-15 if I have a free day. In London I had the most uncomfy bed ever, it was like sleeping on a plank of wood, and I used to sleep like 5 hours a night or less, my eyes got so weird looking from lack of sleep, my eyelids became wonky and I used to use metal objects to try and make them go back to normal, when I quit my part time job I finally got sleep and my eyes went back to normal lol. My home bed is so comfy, it's a single bed but I knicked the spare duvet from the attic so I'm basically drowned in this massive nice duvet, it's so cozy. I need a new hot water bottle though, the nights are getting colder and my last one exploded on me. I usually put the hot water bottles on my feet because they get cold in the night and I woke up randomly around 2am with my feet feeling like they were on fire. I haven't bought a new one since because I'm frugal, I just take the heated blanket from the living room once my parents go to sleep or sleep in like 8 jackets. Apparently British houses are meant to keep in heat but I don't believe it, my room feels like a fridge in winter. I'm also watching big brother and the traitors so if you're watching them let me know what you're thinking about everything and everyone! :D the faithfuls in the traitors are COOKED omg, the traitors this season are just way too good.
