There have been attacks on polling stations across Afghanistan, as people vote in the first parliamentary elections since 2010. At least 10 people were killed in a suicide bombing in Kabul. But despite the violence, and warnings from the Taliban - voters are still coming out to cast their ballot. Al Jazeera's Hashem Ahelbarra reports from Kabul.
