A super quick yoga session to set you up for the day, do it while the kettle boils or the coffee brews! Just remember to try your best, don't worry about what you look like and if not every pose or move is accessible right now with practise you will get there. This video is open to anyone to try but always remember to work safely within the limits of your own body. If in doubt check with your doctor, physiotherapist etc what you are safe to do.
