No copyright infringement intended.... Here’s a BEGINNER-FRIENDLY ABS WORKOUT that requires no equipment and can be done at home. It targets all areas of your core and takes about 10–15 minutes. --- 🔥 BEGINNER ABS WORKOUT (No Equipment) ⏱️ Do each exercise for 30 seconds, rest 15 seconds between exercises. Repeat the full circuit 2–3 times. --- 1. Crunches Lie on your back, knees bent, feet flat on the floor. Hands behind your head, lift your upper back slightly off the ground. Engage your core and lower back down. Targets: Upper abs --- 2. Leg Raises Lie flat, legs straight. Lift your legs to a 90° angle, then slowly lower them without touching the ground. Keep lower back pressed into the floor. Targets: Lower abs --- 3. Plank (Forearm or High Plank) Elbows (or hands) directly under shoulders. Keep your body in a straight line, abs tight. Targets: Entire core --- 4. Bicycle Crunches Lie on your back, knees lifted, hands behind head. Bring opposite elbow to opposite knee, alternating sides in a pedaling motion. Targets: Obliques & upper abs --- 5. Heel Taps Lie on back, knees bent, feet flat. Reach side-to-side with your hands to tap each heel. Targets: Obliques --- 6. Dead Bug (for core stability) Lie on your back, arms extended up, knees bent at 90°. Lower opposite arm and leg toward the floor, keeping your core engaged.
