Lavender Town (Pokémon Red/Green) (transcription)

The original music from Lavender Town from Pokémon Red/Green (released outside of Japan as Red/Blue) with an accurate transcription showing all of the parts. Despite what internet rumor would have you believe, there is no such thing as "Lavender Town Syndrome", nor are there any so-called 'binaural beats'. The unease comes naturally from the grating oscillators, harsh dissonance, distortion (see below) and the sickly slow vibrato on the pulse waves. The distortion at 0:31 and 1:02 is the Game Boy speakers being unable to handle the high pitch with the jagged wave-table wave, producing fluctuating pitches much lower than the actual note.
