If you love pistachios and coffee, this drink will be your new go-to! 🔹 What you’ll need: • 4 oz cortado cup • 1 tsp pistachio cream (for the base) • Double shot espresso (18 g in, 36 g out) • 1 ½ tsp pistachio cream (for the milk) • 3 oz milk (we’ll use 2 oz for the cortado) • Crushed pistachios (optional garnish) 🔹 Steps: 1. Add 1 tsp of pistachio cream to your cup. 2. Pull a double shot of espresso (18 g in, 36 g out) directly over it. Stir to combine. 3. In a steaming jug, add 3 oz of milk and 1 ½ tsp pistachio cream.
