Am I doing this right? | Far Cry

I've recently bought Far Cry on Steam and it is so different from the later Far Cry titles (obviously). It also feels weirdly out of date and I'm missing my ironsights. I still haven't decided at what difficulty I'll play through it and these scenes happened during my testing of the 64 and 32 bit version of the game. For all the madness and chaos the third and supposedly fourth Far Cry games have, these scenes suprised me. Maybe I'm doing it wrong. Or maybe I'm doing it right!
