Egg Pakoda: STEP 1: Take a bowl Besan Flour - 1/2 cup Chopped Onion - 1(Small Size) Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp Salt as per taste Chili Powder - 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder Coriander Leaves Water (Add as required) Mix all together by adding water and make a thick paste Besan flour mixture is ready STEP 2: Boil the eggs an cut into four halves Dip the boiled egg into the besan flour mixture Egg Mixture is ready STEP 3: Add Oil Add the egg mixture Deep fry until Golden brown Transfer to a serving plate Egg Pakoda is ready!
