In my language khasi (Shillong,Meghalaya) we called Sohthliem In English, these vegetables are called Pointed Gourd. Their scientific name is Trichosanthes dioica, and in Hindi they’re called Parwal or Potol. They’re similar to cucumbers but smaller and with a slightly different taste — great for curries and stir-fries! 🍃 #food #delicious #vegetables
