Recipe- Take a pan, add 2 spoon oil. Add 1 sliced onion. Saute it till it turns brown. Take a pan, add 1 cup water. Boil it. Add 3 tomatoes. Boil it for minutes. Peel the skin of boiled tomatoes. Grind the brown saute onion, boiled tomtaoes and 1/4 cup curd. Take a bowl, add 1 spoon khas khas(poppy seeds). 1 spoon magaj beej (dry melon seed). Some dry-fruit(cashew/almond). Add 1/2 cup water. Microwave for 2 minutes. Grind it. Take a pan, add 1 spoon oil. 1 spoon garlic and ginger paste. Add the prepared red paste. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. 1/4 spoon haldi(turmeric). 1/2 spoon red chilli powder. 1/2 spoon garam masala. 1/4 spoon mawa. Salt to taste. Mix it. 1/4 cup cream. 1/2 cup milk. 2 spoon water. 1 spoon butter. Mix it. Adjust consistency. Add paneer cubes. Paneer butter masala is ready to serve.
