Namkeen Gosht (salted meat) belongs to KPK and Baluchistan and it is famous for it unique flavor. It can be made in a different version, but I like to share the authentic Baluchistan Namkeen gosht recipe which I learned from my mother( mother-in-law). This is a simple and easy recipe that anyone can make at home so I really like to thanks my mother-in-law for sharing this delicious recipe with me. Please subscribe my channel to YouTube    / @spicybaji1   and Follow me on Facebook Ingredients 1400g leg of lamb (cuts into big pieces) 1 cup oil 200g onion (finely chopped) 2 tbsp ginger and garlic paste 1 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 cup white vinegar 2 tsp salt For garnish Fresh Garlic thinly slice French fries Method: Take a pot, add oil to it. Add chopped onion and stir it for 2 min. Add ginger and garlic paste, stir with onion for 5 min. Now add the lamp pieces and mix it well with onion, ginger and garlic paste until it changes its color slightly. Now add turmeric powder, white vinegar, salt mix it well. Now add 4 to 6 glass glasses of water so that all piece are cover. When it starts boiling cover with lid and lower the flame to medium or low heat and let it cook for an hour. Note: (you can check between this duration if your meat is tender you can uncover the pot and let the water dry ) Take the lid out check the meat if it tender than dry all the water only your are left with oil Dish it out Garnish with ginger and French fries Enjoy Do try this and let me know in a comment below how did your Namkeen Gosht go.
