The houses that people had built after years of hard work were buried under the rubble in one night. Three people lost their lives in this natural disaster and dozens of families became homeless. About 40 houses have been damaged in many areas including Ramban's Dharm Kund village, out of which 10 were completely destroyed. Relief and rescue work is going on here on a war footing, but the administration's help has still not reached many places. This rain and hailstorm has also caused heavy damage to the fruit orchards there. The Agriculture Minister has directed the Agriculture and Horticulture Department to assess this loss. जम्मू-कश्मीर के रामबन जिले में भारी बारिश और ओलावृष्टि के बाद भयंकर भूस्खलन ने सबकुछ तबाह कर दिया. लोगों ने जो घर सालों की मेहनत के बाद बनाए थे, वो एक ही रात में मलबे में दफन हो गए. इस प्राकृतिक आपदा में तीन लोगों की जान चली गई और दर्जनों परिवार बेघर हो गए. रामबन के धर्म कुंड गांव समेत कई इलाकों में करीब 40 घरों को नुकसान पहुंचा है, जिनमें से 10 पूरी तरह ध्वस्त हो गए. यहां राहत और बचाव का काम लगातार युद्ध स्तर पर जारी है, लेकिन अभी भी कई जगह पर प्रशासन की मदद नहीं पहुंच पाई है. इस बारिश और ओलावृष्टि से वहां फल बागानों को भी भारी नुकसान हुआ है. कृषि मंत्री ने इस नुकसान का आकलन करने के लिए कृषि और बागवानी विभाग को निर्देश दिए हैं.
