Instant Pot Mushroom Biryani Ingredients: Mushrooms - 1 lb Onion-1 Tomatoes -2 Chillies -5 Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tsp Curry leaves -2 sprigs Cilantro - handful Mint- handful Curd - 2 tbspn Biryani Rice - 5 cups Water - 7 cups Biryani Masala - 1 bay leaf, 5 cloves, 1 cinnamon stick, 1 dagad phool, 1 mace, 1 tsp cumin, cardamom 1, star anise 1 Cashews -8 Salt - 5 tsp Chilli Powder - 2 tsp Cumin & Coriander Powder - 2 tsp Oil - 1 tbspn Method: Wash rice and soak for 30 mins. Open instant pot set it to sauté mode and pour oil and put cashews and biryani masala and stir it. Add onion, chillies and curry leaves and stir it. Add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, mushrooms and cook for 3 mins. Add salt, chilli powder, coriander and cumin powder, curd and mix it. Cook for 2 mins and add rice, water, mint, coriander and close instant pot lid and set to cook mode for 8 mins. Let it sit in off mode for 5 mins, release pressure, mix it and serve hot.
