Resident Evil 3🔥INFERNO MODE [S Rank🏆] No Damage | No Shop Items | All Cutscenes + Ending Credits

Resident Evil 3 Remake Platform: PS4 Difficulty: Inferno (max difficulty) ✔ Full Game No Damage ✔ No Bonus Items ✔ No Shop Items ✔ No Infinite Weapons ✔ Standard Weapons Only ✔ Autosave Disabled ✔ All Cutscenes Included ✔ All Ending Credits Included ✔ Jill Valentine Trophy Achieved This is NOT a speedrun. In this NO DAMAGE walkthrough, my goal was to finish the game without taking any damage. Tactics of a no damage run versus a speedrun are quite different. For no damage runs, you must utilize defensive strategies and play cautiously at chokepoints to avoid taking a hit. On Inferno difficulty, using only standard weapons and no shop items, this is very challenging. On the other hand, a speedrun is basically trying to clear the game as quickly as possible. Taking damage in a speedrun is accepted. I will be doing a speedrun in a separate video. Stay tuned! Note: To get an S Rank on Inferno Mode, you must clear the game in 2 hours or less and use no more than 5 saves. How difficult is Inferno Mode? 🤔 Inferno is definitely challenging. Actually, one of the hardest challenges in Resident Evil 3 is completing a no damage S Rank run on Inferno difficulty, using ONLY standard gear. This means no shop items/infinite weapons. Bear in mind, because the DA (difficulty adjustment) raises the better you do, a single hit means death. This is especially the case later in the game. For more information on how DA works, see information below. === What is DA? Many of the RE games since 4 (I think that was the first one) have used some form of adaptive difficulty, where the game will make things either slightly easier or slightly harder for the player depending on how well they're performing. In Resident Evil 3 Remake, this is used to adjust how much damage the player gives and takes. The Difficulty Adjustment operates on a Rank system; this rank raises and lowers based on how many DA points the player has. For example, at the beginning of a Standard playthrough, you start with 5,500 DA points. 5,500 points is equal to DA Rank 5. Each time you kill or perfect dodge an enemy, that score goes up. If it reaches 6,000 DA points, you advance to DA Rank 6. On the other hand, if you take a lot of damage and die, reloading from your last checkpoint, you'll lose DA points and likely drop to under 5,000, meaning you'll fall to DA Rank 4. Every DA Rank is within a 1,000 point range, which makes it easy to digest. What is the Starting DA for Each Difficulty? Assisted: Rank 2 (2,500 DA points) Standard: Rank 5 (5,500 DA points) Hardcore: Rank 9 (9,000 DA points) Nightmare: Rank 10 (10,500 DA points) Inferno: Rank 11 (11,500 DA points) What are the Minimum and Maximum DA Values for Each Rank? Assisted: Minimum is Rank 0 (0 DA points), Maximum is Rank 3 (3,999 DA points) Standard: Minimum is Rank 3 (3,000 DA points), Maximum is Rank 8 (8,999 DA points) Hardcore: Minimum is Rank 8 (8,000 DA points), Maximum is Rank 9 (9,999 DA points) Nightmare: Minimum and Maximum is Rank 10 (10,000 to 10,990 DA points) Inferno: Minimum is Rank 11 (11,000 DA points), Maximum is 19,000 points (DA Rank 19) How Much Damage Does the Player Receive For Each DA Rank? Does Difficulty Affect Damage? So I put Jill through the misfortune of getting bitten quite a few times in order to determine how much damage she takes at each Rank. Note that I've only tested this up through Nightmare difficulty; Inferno difficulty will have to come at a later point. For reference, Jill has 1,200 HP when at full health. So, here's the amount of damage Jill takes from a zombie bite at each DA Rank for each difficulty: -Assisted- Rank 0: 133 Rank 1: 133 Rank 2: 152 Rank 3: 152 -Standard- Rank 3: 152 Rank 4: 171 Rank 5: 190 Rank 6: 229 Rank 7: 304 Rank 8: 380 -Hardcore- Rank 8: 380 Rank 9: 532 -Nightmare- Rank 10: 618 There are two important things to note. The first is that damage taken jumps by quite a bit between Ranks 6 and 7, as well as between Ranks 8 and 9. The second is that difficulty itself has no direct bearing on how much damage the player takes. It only determines your starting and possible DA values. What Affects Your DA Value Rising or Falling? -Actions Which Raise Your DA Value- Shooting an Enemy (Varies based on your current DA Rank and weapon used) Performing a Perfect Dodge (+150 below Rank 3, +200 from Rank 3 to Rank 9, +100 above Rank 10) -Actions Which Lower Your DA Value- Taking damage (Amount varies based on your current DA Rank) Dying and continuing from checkpoint/last save (Quitting out and then loading will NOT affect your DA Value) ( -500) How Much Damage Does the Player Receive for Each DA Rank of Inferno? This was tested by allowing Jill to be bitten by a zombie.
