How to CHANGE your life in 30 days 👇🏾 We are nearing October, you have 90 days remaining to make the most of 2024. Getting in shape may not solve all your problems but I guarantee it’s a bloody good start. 1. Lift weights - mental and physical health will drastically improve if your in the gym 4 times per week 2. Eat real food - keep it simple, wholefoods. If nature didn’t make it don’t eat it. 3. Face your fears - sounds cliche, most things do if they are good advice. Don’t let fear hold you back. 4. Positive self talk - not yelling affirmations in the mirror but a quiet you can do this will do. If you don’t believe in yourself, how can you expect others to? 5. Never stop learning - read, learn and consume education content. Be open to new ideas and perspectives. 6. Prioritise your sleep - anything is possible on 8 hours sleep. 7. Lower your screen-time - we aren’t designed to let little metal boxes rule our time and minds. Put the phone down and get outdoors. 8. Do the hardest thing first - if it’s running, go run. If it’s reading, read. If it’s ice bath, ice bath. Just do it first and do it now. 9. Enjoy the present moment - to live in the past or future is to die in the present. 10. Be decisive with your inner circle - you are the 5 friends you surround yourself with. Remember you cannot control the future only your habits.
