Ingredients: 1/2 pcs duck (marinate with 1tbsp sot sauce and 2tsp cornstarch) 1/2 pcs taro medium pcs of tangerine Peel(soaked) 2pcs star anise 4 slices ginger and 2tsp minced ginger 3gloves shallots(chopped) 3gloves garlic(chopped) and 2tsp minced shaoxing wine( just skip) Sauce: 1tbsp chu hou sauce 1tbsp hoisin sauce 2pcs fermented tofu ( lam yi) 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce some rock sugar few drops of sesame oil
