How to turn off Automatic Shutdown in your 2025 Chevrolet Silverado Step 1. Depress brake pedal and push start button. Step 2. Turn off the vehicle while still depressing brake pedal Step 3. Press and hold Start button for 5 seconds. Automatic Shutdown is now disabled. Note. This process will need to be repeated on next start cycle.
