RED VELVET CUPCAKE #cupcake #redvelvet#red#redcolour#whippingcream#cake Ingredients: All Purpose Flour - 2 Cup Cornflour - 2 Tbsp (optional) Cocoapowder - 2 Tbsp Baking Soda - 1 Tsp Baking Powder - 2 Tsp Salt - 1/2 Tsp Eggs (room temp:) - 3 Nos. Sugar - 1 1/2 Cup Sunflower Oil / any neutral flavour Oil - 3/4 Cup Red Food Colour (Super red gel) - 1 Tsp (If using liquid food colour - 2 Tbsp) Vanilla Essance - 2 Tsp Milk (room temp:) - 1 Cup White Vinegar - 1 Tbsp Method: Mix Milk and white vinegar together and keep aside for 5 minutes (OR you can use 1 cup buttermilk) Sift together All Purpose Flour, Cornflour (optional),salt, baking powder, baking soda, Cocoa Powder and keep aside. In a separate bowl, take 3 room temp: eggs and beat well. Add sugar and mix with egg thoroughly. Pour 3/4 Cup sunflower oil and mix well. Add 1 Tsp Super Red Gel Food colour (OR 2 Tbsp liquid red food colour) Add 2 Tsp Vanilla Essence and mix everything well. Add the sifted dry ingredients. Mix everything slowly without any lumps. Do not mix fastly, just incorporate everything well. Pour the buttermilk. Mix without any lumps. Pour the batter to the cupcake liner. Fill upto half portion. Bake at 180 degree Celsius in a pre heated oven for 15 - 18 minutes. Remove from the oven and keep aside for cooling once the cupcake baked well. Decorate with your choice of frosting like whipping cream, cream cheese, butter cream etc.
