If required, add 3-4 tbs of milk. The base should be lightly moist. Set it in a bowl by pressing it. For custard preparation, add custard powder in milk and make slurry. Then heat one glass of milk in a pot, add sugar and custard slurry. Heat until thick. Pour hot prepared custard on the biscuit base and let it set for 30 min or until cool. Prepare one pack of jelly as per instructions on the pack. Then pour it on the settled custard layer. Refrigerate it and enjoy.
