I cannot believe how this two ingredients dessert comes out so good especially as the chocolate pudding is Flour free Egg free No artificial sugar One two ingredients- one being fruit If you blitz Sharon fruit with cocoa powder you get a tasty vegan gluten free chocolate dessert. It is that easy - this 2 ingredient recipe is a good way to get that chocolate dessert fix You can add some sweetener to it, like maple syrup. I chose not to because the Sharon fruits were juicy and ripe. For 2 small chocolate pots: pulp of 2 very ripe Sharon fruits ( also known as permission, kaki & fuyu) 2 tbsp cocoa powder So it’s a 1:1 ratio. The key is to have ripe Sharon fruit and to peel it. Blitz the mixture. You can tell mine is not that that fine and it was perfect. Other additions to the blitzed mixture chia seeds yoghurt vanilla extract I made a breakfast pot with the above and it was delicious. Try and use a good cocoa powder. The pudding is wobbly, a bit like Panna cotta. It is creamy too. For texture I added chopped roasted pistachio nuts. Are you going to try it?
