In our case, it's more than $500 for each negative review. And remember, what is not 5-star review for you, it's straight, a straight damage to your reputation. So, first of all, what I would recommend, do your best efforts to prepare the guest for any kind of unpredicted things. Second, make an accurate description. Third, ask your guest to leave 5-star review and collect feedback from the guest so the next time you can improve! And if the guest just fighting for money with you, maybe it's, I would consider to give some perks or you know, cut some slack to get a perfect 5-star review.
