Are you training legs? How often do you train your legs? Your legs are one of your biggest muscle which mean if work correctly it will allow you to burn a lot of calories. Also working legs has a lot of benefits on your body like using more oxygen. I always recommend most of my clients to train at least twice a week and make sure you are not resting more than 3 days in between each workout. You can splits your muscles to make sure you are not overtraining or under training. A good way to do it is doing al the muscles in the front and next time all the muscles in the back.
