I use 2 lbs hamburger, two eggs , half or one teaspoon salt or garlic salt . your choice , teaspoon of mustard , quarter cup onion , 2 or 3 table spoons of tomato sauce. quarter teaspoon black pepper ,and 3 slices of bread . to make the meat loaf . Depending on your oven 375 degrees F , for around 1 hour . Then add ketchup on top and put in for 15 min or till ketchup starts to darken . That is how we make our home made meatloaf .
