Sunday Worship Service | Nov 30, 2025 Live Stream

Please know that the care and safety of children and youth is at the heart of our ministry at Fauntleroy Church. This is as true on our church campus as it is in our on-line presence. There are special times in our church year when our children are at the center of worship, so will be on camera with parent permission. For the Time with Children that recurs weekly, however, we've decided our focus will be on the cross so all families can feel safe sending their children forward for this special time. You'll still be able to hear the message, and we hope it is a blessing to you. All sermons, liturgy, and presentations not otherwise cited are the intellectual and creative property of our pastors or those presenting them. All rights reserved. To seek permission for use, please contact Fauntleroy Church, United Church of Christ in Seattle, Washington and your request will be submitted to the proper person.  All music not otherwise cited is from the public domain. 00:00 - Online Announcements 2:14 - Welcome and Announcements 10:27 - Threshold Moment 15:55 - Time with Children 26:14 - Scripture | Luke 2:1-3 and Isaiah 40:3-5&11 28:28 - “We Wait” 32:55 - Sermon | “Waiting and Longing” 49:43 - “It Came Upon the Midnight Clear” 53:10 - Moment for Mission 1:00:15 - Offertory - Jim Frost and Carl Craven 1:02:00 - “In the Bleak Midwinter” - Prayer of Dedication 1:03:57 - Invitation to Christ's Table 1:06:20 - “Toda La Tierra / All Earth is Waiting” 1:07:50 - Prayers 1:11:38 - Communion 1:19:52 - “Who Would Think That What Was Needed” 1:21:41- Benediction Scripture: Luke 2:1-3 and Isaiah 40:3-5&11 (NRSV) Sermon: “Waiting and Longing” by Rev.
