Ireland vs West Indies, 3rd ODI, Dublin, Match Review.

Script For The Match Review. The West Indies levelled the 3-match ODI series against Ireland with a crushing win in the 3rd ODI by 197 runs via the Duckworth-Lewis Method. Keacy Carty starred with the bat scoring 170 off 142 balls including 15 fours and 8 sixes. Captain and wicket-keeper batsman, Shai Hope scored 75 off 75 balls including 9 fours and 2 sixes, while Justin Greaves smoked 50 off 23 balls including 5 fours and 3 sixes. The West Indies finished the innings with their 2nd highest ODI score ever. They finished their innings on 385/7 off their 50 overs. Ireland were down two men for the rest of the game as debutant, Jordan Neill, and Josh Little got injured and couldn’t come out to bat. The former injured his shoulder while trying to make a diving stop at the boundary rope. Barry McCarthy picked up bowling figures of 3/100 off his 10 overs. The match was then reduced to 46 overs due to rain.  In reply, the Irish were never in the game, and were bowled out for 165 in 29.5 overs. Cade Carmichael top-scored for Ireland with 48 off 61 balls hitting 6 fours and 1 six, while Lorcan Tucker scored 29 off 31 balls hitting 2 fours and 1 six. Jayden Seales was superb for the West Indies as he finished with bowling figures of 3/26 off 5.5 overs including 2 maiden overs. Keacy Carty received the Man of the Match Award, and also the Player of the Series Award for his excellent batting performances in the 2nd ODI, which ended in a no result because of rain, and the 3rd ODI, for his side.
