Resident Evil 2 Remake - playing Hardcore mode for the 1st time

So I've been hitting S ranks on Standard difficulty and I'm at the point where maybe playing on Hardcore difficulty would give me more of a challenge. Impressions? There is no autosave & you need 1 whole inventory slot to reserve for save ribbons. Yes, this mode is CHALLENGING
