Modern Beach Home For a Family of 6 | (no cc) The Sims 4 Speed Build

Speed build of a pretty big house that I built for a cute family on the beautiful island in Windenburg! The home is contemporary and I used fairly dark colors on the interior, which I think makes it really cozy. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and fits a total of 6 sims. It consists of the main house and an annex, where I decorated a bedrooms for a teenager but it would work well as a guest/grandparents bedrooms as well.
