A Prayer for My Son Dear God, I entrust my son to You. May his life be centered on loving You with all his heart, soul, and strength (see Deuteronomy 6:5). Please guide his every step and help him walk on the right path (see Proverbs 16:9). Grant him a kind and compassionate heart so that he may be a blessing in the lives of others (see Proverbs 31:20). Protect his mind and soul, and help him overcome temptation (see 1 Corinthians 10:13). May he grow to be a godly husband and a responsible father in the future (see Ephesians 5:25; Ephesians 6:4). Teach him to be a diligent worker and to glorify You in all that he does (see Colossians 3:23). Shape his character to be upright and courageous (see Proverbs 13:20).
