We will play the games in story chronological order. However, Legends of Arceus will be played last. Once a game is completed, we move on to the next before getting into the post game. A game is considered completed once you become Pokémon champion, capture the main legendary Pokémon of the region, rematch all eight gym leaders, rematch the elite four, and complete all post Championship story relevant battles. Note: Defeating Red and capturing Arceus are considered postgame activities. These can only be done at the end of the challenge. Once all games are completed, they are our ultimate goal. If a Pokémon is used in one game, it cannot be used in Pokémon teams for subsequent games in the challenge playthrough. You can only use Pokémon you have caught. The only gifted Pokémon that can be used is the starter at the beginning of the game. You cannot farm for Pokémon with better stats. You have to use the first one you catch, or not use that Pokémon on your battle team. Once you determine your six Pokémon team, you must name all of its members. These Pokémon cannot be used in subsequent games. No Pokémon Home access until you have defeated all the games. After that, you can do whatever. Once all games are defeated, Pokémon Home access is opened up and the ability to travel between games (aka regions) opens up as well. Then we can participate in each game's end-game.
