UK to France as a foot passenger? P&O Dover to Calais Ferry 🇬🇧➡️🇫🇷

The buses back to Brussels were really expensive, so I decided to head over to the continent as a foot passenger instead, from my native Kent. How much did it cost? How did I get there? What was Dover town centre like? And could they pour a decent pint of Guinness? Oh, and the buses at either end of the sailing were pretty interesting too!
