Suffering with elbow pain? Tennis elbow? Your elbow pain is going away? Here's how to fix your elbow pain (tennis elbow) FAST! The muscles that attach to the outside of your elbow are the muscles that extend the wrist/fingers. The pain you are experiencing is from the irritation/inflammation of the tendon of these muscles. These muscles may have a build up of scar tissue that has decreased their normal elasticity. The end result is "tugging" on the tendon that attaches to the outside of the elbow. Tendons DO NOT like to be tugged on! It results in inflammation and pain. What can you do? Performing myofascial release on these muscles, with a spikey massage ball, can help break up the fascial adhesions (scar tissue). In today's video, I demonstrate the proper way to do this. Give these myofascial release techniques to help your elbow pain (tennis elbow) a try. After you do, let me know your thoughts. Leave me a comment in the comment section down below.
